Medico-Legal Experience
Dr Lee has been reporting on medico-legal cases for over 20 years and is happy to be instructed by both Claimant and Defendant law firms in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. Dr Lee an expert witness for the GMC.
Clinical Practice & Experience
Dr Lee specialises in gastrointestinal and GI interventional radiology and is experienced in gastrointestinal/hepatobiliary radiology, general cross sectional, general ultrasound, interventional radiology, non-vascular interventional radiology, liver tumour ablation, bariatric imaging, and biliary disease. Although he has recently retired from his NHS practice, he maintains his GMC licence to practice and medical indemnity cover.
Clinical Interests
Dr Lee takes a specialist interest in cross sectional and abdominal imaging, gastro-intestinal imaging and intervention, and post mortem imaging. He also focuses on biliary disease, and bariatric surgery.
Research Interests
Dr Lee’s research focuses on various topics such as radiofrequenxy ablation, imaging in colorectal cancer, post-mortem imaging, chronic pancreatititis, oesophageal stenting, and more
Teaching & Training
Dr Lee is a mentor and lecturer to Radiology Specialist Registrars on the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) training programme.
