Mr Rammohan is a prize-winning thoracic surgeon who has published articles on many aspects of cardiothoracic surgery, including lung cancer and the role of the thoracic surgeon. He is the President of the cardiothoracic section of the Royal Society of Medicine. He has been a consultant thoracic surgeon at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester since 2011.

Mr Paul David Waterworth

Mr Waterworth is a published cardiovascular and heart and lung transplant surgeon. He is the lead surgeon for risk management in cardiothoracic surgery at University Hospital South Manchester and runs a very busy thoracic aortic aneurysm surveillance clinic at Manchester University Foundation Trust. He has a special interest in patients with bicuspid aortic valve disease.

Dawn Murray

Mrs Murray has a keen interest in heart and lung transplantation as well as cardiothoracic surgery and actively pursued a position in this specialist field which resulted in a matron’s appointment in 2013.

Mrs Murray has extensive experience in undertaking root cause analysis and serious untoward incident report writing and has been called to give evidence in the coroners court several times.
