McCollum Consultants is pleased to announce its upcoming CPD-accredited training session, Court Room Skills, taking place on Tuesday 31st March 2026 at Spire Manchester Hospital.
This evening session is designed for professionals involved in medico-legal work and is particularly relevant to those acting, or intending to act, as expert witnesses. It provides practical insight into the court process and the skills required to deliver clear, confident, and professional oral evidence.
The programme will cover key aspects of the trial process, including preparation for cross-examination and practical simulation. The session will be led by Gerard McDermott KC, supported by contributions from Iain Dodd and Guy Pomphrey (Stewarts).
A panel discussion will follow, featuring experienced practitioners from across the legal sector, including representatives from Clyde & Co, Horwich Farrelly, JMW Solicitors, and Slater and Gordon.
