After graduating from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Medical School in 1995, he completed his orthopaedic training in London and was appointed Fellow to the Liverpool Upper‑Limb Unit in 2006, where he acquired comprehensive expertise in every facet of upper‑limb pathology. Subsequent fellowships at the Adidas Sports Medicine Centre in New Zealand and the Adelaide Sports Medicine Centre in 2007 further refined his focus on elite‑athlete injuries and advanced rehabilitation strategies.

In his Bedford‑ and Milton Keynes‑based practice, Mr Singh provides a dedicated shoulder ultrasound service to provide accurate diagnosis in one visit. He provides both non‑surgical and surgical options for the full range of shoulder, elbow and hand conditions, utilizing advanced arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques that speed rehabilitation and minimise time away from work or sport. A strong proponent of the multidisciplinary model, he works closely with radiologists, anaesthetists, physiotherapists and occupational hand therapists to craft personalised rehabilitation programmes that align with each patient’s functional and occupational needs.

Mr Singh’s clinical focus spans the entire spectrum of upper‑limb pathology and trauma, emphasizing procedures that integrate precise imaging, minimally invasive techniques and rapid functional recovery. He routinely treats frozen shoulder with Hydrodilatation, performs arthroscopic sub‑acromial decompression, shoulder replacements and manages neuropathies, arthritis ( shoulder, elbow and hand) and post trauma sequala in the upper limb.  His arthroscopic expertise includes rotator‑cuff repair, arthroscopic Latarjet for shoulder instability, and elbow stabilization, and he is proficient in hand/wrist ligament reconstructions, shoulder arthroplasty, trigger‑finger release, median / ulnar‑nerve decompression, wrist, hand and finger‑joint arthritis management, ganglion excision, elbow pain and stiffness. Mr Singh provides treatment for post trauma sequala. All interventions are guided by evidence‑based practice and supported by ongoing teaching and research.

Research Interests

Mr Singh’s research focuses on outcomes of arthroscopic and minimally invasive upper‑limb procedures, trauma and the effectiveness of hydrodilatation for adhesive capsulitis, and the role of point‑of‑care musculoskeletal ultrasound in rapid diagnosis.

Management Experience

As clinical lead for the ShoulderElbowHand service, Mr Singh oversees service delivery across the Bedford and Milton Keynes sites, coordinating a multidisciplinary team that includes surgeons, radiologists, anaesthetists, physiotherapists and occupational hand therapists.
