Mr Thomas Finnigan

Mr Finnigan gained his medical qualification at the Manchester Medical School in 2008, having undertaken his pre-clinical studies at the Cambridge University. He began his specialist training in 2010, and started his role as Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Stockport NHS Foundation Trust in 2018.

Mr Finnigan has clinical interests in all aspects of lower limb orthopaedic surgery, with a specialist interest in knee surgery. He can provide expertise on knee fractures, simple knee trauma, complex knee trauma, knee replacement, reconstructive knee surgery, knee arthroscopy, soft tissue reconstruction of the knee. Mr Finnigan also has an interest in hip surgery, including hip fractures, simple hip trauma and complex hip trauma. He also has expertise lying in sports injuries of the hip and knee.
