Mr Rehmatullah is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Consultant Surgeon with extensive experience managing a broad spectrum of conditions, actively participating on the on-call rota. His specialist interest lies in knee surgery, encompassing the full range of soft tissue procedures including ligament and cartilage reconstructions, as well as both unicompartmental and total knee replacements. He is proficient in complex procedures such as osteotomies around the knee, and incorporates advanced biological treatments for knee osteoarthritis, utilising techniques like Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Arthrosamid and Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) injections. Beyond elective practice, Mr Rehmatullah has comprehensive experience in trauma management, routinely dealing with all types of femoral, knee, and tibial fractures and associated injuries, demonstrating a commitment to both scheduled and emergency orthopaedic care.

Mr Rehmatullah specialises in the comprehensive management of knee pathology. This includes all aspects of sports knee surgery, offering both non-surgical and surgical solutions for a wide range of athletic injuries. He has a dedicated interest in knee arthritis treatment, providing a full spectrum of care from conservative approaches to surgical interventions. A key focus is the utilisation of biologics for both knee injuries and osteoarthritis, including techniques such as PRP, Arthrosamid, and BMAC injections. Mr Rehmatullah maintains expertise in general orthopaedic trauma, with a particular focus on lower limb injuries surrounding the knee – an area of significant expertise.
